Idk exactly what he was using for that but here is the weather image i am using which i think pwns that one. Screenshots are down below.

First you have to downlaod WeatherIcon from cyida, then unzip the buufyweather.theme file i have attached and drop it into var/stash/Themes.xxxx (where ever ur buuf theme is).

Make sure you go to winterboard and move lockInfo WeatherIcon and BuffyWeather above your theme respring and there you go.

Whats cool about it is you go into the mobile weather app and put your city first and the weather will update automatically with icons and all.

I think it really helps to complete the Buuf Theme.
