EDIT: Scrap that. It seems I don't have to copy the folder into another directory, I just have to select it in the options. And the zip file I downloaded contained two folders, one called buuf and one called _macosx. I have no idea what the second is for. But you only need to move the internal folder 'buuf', not the parent folder 'buuf'. And you don't have to replace anything, just select it in sbsettings themes on the idevice.
