The chromium themes including the glossy keyboard in Cydia are now back working. I was one of the people that updated them before the warning of them not working and had to restore. I have tried the new updates to these themes and can confirm they are working perfectly. They now are integrated with Winterboard too. When you download them from Cydia they do not instantly apply to your phone. You have the option to turn it off / on in Winterboard.

Yes, Chromium keyboard suddenly requiring Winterboard. Sounds rather familiar to the Anti-trust suit against MS for Windows "requiring" Internet Explorer.
