I think you could improve on the background. Doesn't have to be sushis, could be something more abstract that blends better with the rest of the icons.

It's an OK theme... but it does need another background because the one you provided is too... generic-looking...

ok so i've been trying to track down a new background 'cuz i do agree the first one had me not fully happy so here is the new theme in dim and in bright, let me know which one you like best please!

How about little sushi plates for the dock LOL. I couldn't make a dock to save my life, so that's easy for me to say It's looking good!
