The icons are from Iconfactory, with some modifications...

yes add it to installer if possible that would be great! i'm not sure how to upload files i dl onto my iphone or i would do that...if someone could post how to or point me in the right direction it would be appreciated

SSH (Cyberduck - OSX | WinSCP - WIN) or with something else on your iPhone.
on 1.1.3/4 go to: \\var\mobile\Library\SummerBoard\Themes\

Copy your theme folder to this directory.
