I have included a Blue and a Black Apple Signal Bar, also there is a "Applications" Carrier Logo, and OSX Leopard colored status bars also included.

INSTRUCTIONS

• For Black
• Place Contents of 'Black' Folder into '/System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app'
  
  For Blue
• Place Contents of 'Blue' Folder into '/System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app'
  
  For "Applications" Logo
• Place Contents of 'Carrier' Folder into '/System/Library/Carrier Bundles/ATT_US.bundle'
  
  For Status Bar
• Place Contents of 'StatusBar' Folder into '/System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app'

I have my own custom status bar (which is actually just plain old black) and the blue signal shows up silver/white. In apps where its the default status bar, it shows blue. Anything I can do to fix it? I really want to keep a black status bar :P
