My Second attempt at Theme building. I call this one "Neon Bliss". This theme was inspired by the NEON theme and Retext. This theme features 75+ icons (Both for iPod Touch and iPhone), Wallpaper, Dock and Status Bar.
I have to admit, I am not satisfied with the icons and how they turned out, and I will be replacing them. But, I figured someone may like them. Either that or replace them using ThemeBuilder.
The theme is available for download via attachments, but i may try to get it on Installer after I replace the icons.
Any criticism/comments are wanted. This is only my second theme.
