Modded Pokemon Rom HaloMon

You might say im a noob here, but im on iptf all the time. I am BigDaveyJ there. I have currently been modding PokeMon Fire Red to make it seem a lot better. I have come up with HaloMon. A game where you play as MasterCheif and go through destroying people from iptf. your rival, he is ***. seriously he comes out of the closet i think at your fourth meeting with him. People donate out of the goodness of their heart and respect & appreciation towards your work....not to be able to access service.
If you are running a service for pay, I'd need to see your long term plans, tax info as well as current investment numbers.
Without those, you're a simple spammer...or dare I say, scammer.
People REALLY need to stop redefining the term "Donation"
