    If you have rSBT, use that... If not, you will have to edit your /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app/DisplayOrder.plist file and move the Installer part from the special section to the iconlist section... Sorry if this is confusing, there may be a simpler way to do it...

    Also, if you have installer or mobilefinder, they will work as well.
