Call bar app problem

I installed callbar on my ip5 but wasnt working correctly so i uninstalled it and icon is there? I delete icon and everytime i respring it coms back? Any help please? Thank u

go to cydia, packages, find callbar and uninstall it.

just deleting the icon will do nothing
