Do any tweaks/apps exist that allow you to play audio files during a connected phone conversation (ideally muting the phone's mic)? Say if you wanted to use a pre-recorded greeting on a service that only lets you record greetings over a phone call? Even something that could achieve this (whether or not that is the intended purpose doesn't really matter) would be awesome. Any ideas?
