Wake Smarter – the Voice-Controlled Alarm Clock App

Hi all,

I just wanted to let you know about my new app which just went live, called Wake Smarter.

It’s a voice-controlled alarm clock for the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad. You can use your voice to set alarms, ask for the news or weather, play music, listen to your Twitter & Facebook feeds and more. You can program your whole morning like a playlist, including messages from our “celebrity” guests, joke of the day, horoscope etc.

I’m looking to get some feedback on the app and some ideas on how to get the word out about it. Any help you can provide would be really appreciated.

Hey Toni, i downloaded your app and have to say that its a really great app. Just one question: how do i add my own newsfeed?

Hey canams, under Alarm Actions/Add Action/News Feeds there is a "Custom" button on the top right. Here you can copy/paste in any RSS feed link you like. To check that it works you can do "test alarm" once you have saved the action.

I'd like to express my thanks for a great app! I'm using the sleep sounds to put my baby to sleep every night, it's a very useful app.

Thanks for the comments btw we are also working on adding a custom radio station option, so that you can wake up to any internet radio station you like.
