if allready posted ..oh well but ...its on installer need bsd subsystems to work.http://hackint0sh.org/forum/showthread.php?t=8177 i will tell you that it takes a little while to turn of edge but it worked for me,,it also has built in settings for att/tmoblie/etc

It killed my desktop. When I turned edge off and hit the home key there was nothing but a black panel with no icons. Fortunately I had my little sunburst at the bottom corner and was able to get back in installer and uninstall it, then restart.

Nice app, but something doesn't mesh well.

I don't have the bsd subsystems installed but it still works. Is that supposed to happen?

BSD subsystem was required for earlier versions. I haven't tried it without it since though because Installer won't let me uninstall the BSD Subystem so I wasn't positive if I needed it or not.

Cool. I can confirm for you that you do not need the BSD subsytem for the app to work. By the way, thanks for creating such an aswesome app. It's probably the most useful and best app to date.

I downloaded the services app and now 'edge' is completely missing! I turned off wifi and tried safari and get a message saying that it can't find the server.
I unistalled it and reinstalled and still no EDGE. I got the popup that asks which carrier to restore to, but it doesn't work.
What do I do now???

Do you guys get this. When I turn off edge, then leave the app to say my homescreen and come back to services.app the edge slider shows as ON, when it is really off(confirmed by going into settings). anyone else? for me to turn it back on I need to turn it off again and back on.
