[New release] SpringCleaner - Keeps Springboard crispy, even in milk! for iPhone 3g

iOS 4.x on a 3g iPhone does not really need the Springboard shadow effects because background images on the home screen are disabled anyways on 3g... nor does it have quite enough oomph to really handle the higher end dock graphics that 4.x has to offer, so I disabled them on my phone in an effort to make Springboard run a little more crisply. I made this into a package so you guys can enjoy a lightweight Springboard too =)
