I already posted some time back but nobody want to give a damm about it.

After you upgrade, install or uninstall any apps in cydia. When it prompt you to restart springboard DO NOT PRESS IT instead press home button to exit cydia then go into winterboard and unselect and select any theme you have in there. Press home button again and let it respring by itself and after that everything will be just fine

I've done that in the past only if I have something going on in the background . So I won't lose the process , but I going to keep that in mind
