I can't seem to get Notified Pro working properly and I was wondering if you guys could help me out.

First off, I can't seem to get the option to bookmark anything, how do you guys bring that option up?

Also, I set it up so that in manage alerts it only logs the notifications but I still get the notification bar and statusbar notifications on my lockscreen, and I want to disable it since I already use LockInfo. I prefer to just have LockInfo on my lockscreen and to get the notification bar and statusbar notifications when my phone is unlocked.

And when using the statusbar notification I can only dismiss the popup or if I drag it down it opens up Notified Pro, I can't seem to actually open up the app that is receiving the notification. For example, if I get a notification from BeeJive I can either either dismiss the notification or open up Notified Pro, I can't seem to actually open up BeeJive from the notification. I don't have this problem with the notification bar. When using the notification bar I'm able to either open up the app the notification is coming from or dismiss it.

I'd appreciate any help at all.

I'll support it more when I can find a real use for it. the customer support is mediocre, and there is no setup help anywhere on how to use any of it.

I have the same issue here. I like the app, a lot. I would like it even more if it worked correctly. It is only logging calendar notifications, clock and words notifications. Voicemail, SMS (Irealsms) isn't working.

I wish that the notication bar would auto dismiss itself as well.

If someone knows anything about this problem, weather the devs are aware or an ETA for fix please keep us updated.

Paid customers are anxiously awaiting a working product.
