SimpleBackground 1.1 problems, anyone else?

I'm on 3.1.3 and since this new update (which appears to deliver lots of ios4 features to 3.1.3) wallpapers aren't working correctly. With winterboard installed (and User Wallpaper not selected), whenver i try to change my homescreen wallpaper, it doesn't change. The only thing that changes is the lockscreen. Without winterboard it works but i really need winterboard for somethings.

Also, the new Simplebackground is doing something weird to my dock

Im having the same problem after updateing.....Im looking for the old ver of simple backround 0.9.5

also just updated and is no longer working on 3.1.2 iphone 3g

bummed, this was my favorite app.
updating winterboard so see if it helps
