Apps Specific Launcher

Is there anyway to change the launcher so that you could group different applications together. For example you could have a games launcher along with a tools launcher.

this could be a great app, with the main pane showing apps in a list, and an edit button switching to a pane where you can add/remove and reorder the list and also name the list.
