New sbsettings out there - but no activator 1.3

Hey guys

anyone knows what to do - cydia shows sbsettings 3.06b4 but you need activator 1.3 - which is only on special repo

Anyonde knows if it runs with 1.2 only without activator support

also i found sb settings 1.3 is stuffed

It lunches from lock-screen if i you choose not to in settings....
