NetTalk? How or where to get?

Hi all, today i found a Site which was talking about NetTalk, but i cannot figure out where ot get it, i was only able to download some source Files but not the App/Utility or the Repo for it, only the Toggle but it doesn't seem to work in Finder the iPhone is not appearing, i have read that it should be on the Sourceforge Repo but i could not fin d the Adress to it to add it, anyone can help with this how it works and where to get it?

Launch Cydia, go to Featured, scroll to the bottom , install Netatalk, it's free.
