Lost my Safari?

Situation:
I had a 5 App Dock thing added with Safari as the 5th one at the end. I was using Dock to try and get the starburst effect, it didn't work and crashed. My phone went into "Safe Mode" and the background was grey. I looked at the bottom and the 5th App I had on there, Safari, was gone! I got worried and uninstalled Dock since I didn't want the problem to happen again.

What do I do?
So now my Safari icon is gone and I don't know what to do. It still pops up under "Spotlight" and is still on my iPhone, just not the icon. What do I do to get the icon back?

Is ur fine still in safe mode. If so tap the status bar and a message will pop up and press restatrt. Then it'll be back and uninstall dock. It doesn't fully work with 3.0

I already had restarted and uninstalled Dock, but I'm still missing my Safari Icon.

Maybe it's hidden in sbsettings. Try and see
