Wouldn't download... after repeated tries, including a couple of reboots, something downloaded and at the end of the installation run again got a pop up saying 'package download failed'. BUT I can find WeTool it in my uninstall list - but attempts to uninstall are also failing - getting the same 'package download failed' pop up.

So its neither installing nor uninstalling nor running!! ... very strange!!!

EDIT: Got it working now... BRILLIANT APP!!

Works like a charm, could not download from installer so installed it directly. Made a new icon from the default screen. Right click and enjoy.

Make sure to chmod the files inside the wetool.app folder to 755 also if you're downloading the zip file and installing manually.

you might want to check whats up with installer. im having the same problem. ive tried in all different ways, but it always says that the package download failed. i cant wait to try it out though!

I think this is one of the best app for iphone but I think it is more useful if we have a call (dialer) function, whith the keypad. If have a keypad everyone subst. the original one for this.

i installed the APP on my phone, bt everytime i try ad open it..it automatically crashes back to the springboard.....i sert permissions via, squid..to 0755......couldnt do it thu WinSCP cuz sncei did that bosstool thing i cant find anyof my apps downloading now...an soem help me get this to work.....this seeems like a cool App

When I am using weTool, I only can see the numbers(even the munbers are in the contact list) in the calling log. In contrast, I can see my contact's name in the log when I am using iLog.

Intalled the application on my iphone 1.1.3. It works ok except for 1 shortfall.
When I received a long sms and tried to forward the sms, the long sms got truncated and only the front portion of the sms got forwarded. Anyone knows how to overcome this truncation issue. I tried to save the initial long sms into notepad but I can't think of a way to make use of the message in notepad to send out.
Anyone has a way to overcome this sms truncation issue? Thanks.
