[Coming soon] ProSwitcher Ryan Petrich
Another Pre like multitasking platform to compete with multifl0w.
Source code is up on GitHub currently. According to @rpetrich there should be a deb uploaded soon for testing.
Have to give credit where credit is due
it really appears as if chpwn is doing a good portion of the work. My apologies to chpwn for being left out.
Released to public on bigboss repo! Check cydia for public release!
Ryan is known very well for all of his other apps:
Action Menu
Inspell
HapticPro
LiveClock
OverBoard
Rotation Inhibitor
So I, for one, can only expect this one to be great addition to my iPhone!

looks good. seems like a polished multifl0w, although not too sure about having to use a spot in my dock for the icon.

I would imagine it to also be invoked by double tap of home button. Just does not make Sense not to

I've been testing this out for chpwn.
It actually pretty nice(:I always feel sorry for the guy in the iPhone commercials. He always gets a call right in the middle of trying to do something

if you think about it, there has to be the option to use it via double tap/home button because if it were just the dock icon, you'd have to go to the springboard, tap the icon, THEN switch apps.
looks cool!

This is awesome news! Ryan is DA MAN! everything he does is rock solid and bullet proof! Not a single one of his apps has caused me a second of grief or a single crash. I know this app will be just as awesome, I use multifl0w now, but I cant wait to try this!!
Anyone know how I can get onboard to beta test this??Last edited by TheOnlyest; 12-09-2009 at 03:40 PM.
Praise the Devs! To each and every one of you who spend your time writing code and making apps for little or no profit... Its YOU that makes the iPhone great, NOT Apple!! From me to you, a million thanks!!

It looks like he has a nice todo list going on for things to be done before launch. It looks like he is not that far from being done!

So the source files are posted online it is open source and free, they encourage us to look for the deb file but the file cannot be shared? Doesn't make ssense to me. Oh well. Thanks.

I dont understand it either. That is just what @chpwn said. haha. But it sounds like bete testers will be receiving the first release within the next 2 days! So we can only hope to be seeing this in cydia by the end of next week, depending on how beta testing goes.
Edit: what chpwn said was to feel free to download the source and compile it your self, but it is against the license to distribute the compiled source.Sent from my iPad
