Help with ********** - can't find executable

I have been using ********** just fine until the last day or so. Basically now when I go to install a downloaded file it does the uncompression and several other tasks but doesn't create the application icon. So I tried it again, went into downloads and selected the app, clicked install and noticed that the last part it does it says 'unable to find executable'. Now I no it's not a bad app as it has happened on 3 different o es I have tried and also it fails on one that I have successfully installed previously.

Other than messing around trying to get lockinfo and weather working the only other change I can think off that may be related to the problem is the changing of my root and mobile user account passwords. So I changed them back to default of alpine but still get the same error

I've updated things that have come in via cydia but that's about it. I can still install ipa files from iTunes

Any ideas. Please help
