^A lot of people don't for whatever reason.
I was playing around with my friend's 3GS the other day..
and I was curious so I went to her about page in settings...
she's still on 3.0... which is surprising because knowing her she would've updated as soon as she saw the message...I always feel sorry for the guy in the iPhone commercials. He always gets a call right in the middle of trying to do something

No I do use itunes, I just hadnt thought about that idea... Also, while trying to do something else I basically had to restore my phone as a new iphone, and then presto, snapture installed correctly. Just wanted to update... Thanks for the assistance.

I still get a black screen with the appstore version on 3.1

The app store version works fine on 3.1 for me. Have you emailed them?
