Phone Settings Gone

Just a question before I restore this phone and start over. I recently noticed that the PHONE setting within setting is gone. I use this often to forward my calls when I am in the office.

Can anyone help me get this back?

Had this problem to trying to change my home button function. I have no idea whats causing it and the only solution I could come up with is to restart in safe mode through SBSettings.

check your winterboard settings, maybe you enabled "extended preferences" because that is what you get when you activate it, try to uncheck it and restartyour phone and see what happens.

ur probalby using a theme rite now just take off whatever theme ur using in winternoard and see if it works
