I apologize. I made a mistake. I'm not sure what I was thinking. It's /Library/MobileStack. Sorry.

Yeah I got the email sometime during the night about the new alpha. There's one thing that is confusing to me.
I donated a long time ago and started receiving the alphas releases. The new update is good update from the last one I received, but this is where I got confused. The email said it was Stack v2 alpha 2, which I found out was wrong, its for v3. The new update is labeled alpha 2, but the last alpha I received from Steven was alpha 6c. So if anybody that has donated and has alpha 6c, the latest alpha (alpha 2) is an update from that one. Just wanted y'all to know if anyone got confused.

Latest update is great. And everything shows up in iTunes app management -- the only thing you can't see there is the 5-icon dock.

I recently update my iphone to 3.1.2 and jb with blackrain.
However, since then I could not access Terminal, it will simply shut off. Is there still other possible way to install stack?

This should work for you:
- Install OpenSSH on your device
- Connect to your device from your computer (Use WinSCP or something similar).
- Place the .deb file into /tmp folder on your device.
- Open Terminal in WinSCP by selecting the 'Commands' dropdown menu and from there, 'Open Terminal'
- Once Terminal is open, type this(make sure you insert the actual filename, 'filename.deb' is just a placeholder): dpkg -i /tmp/filename.deb
- Close Terminal and Respring your device, and you should be done.

I suppose you could SSH into your device, navigate to the Applications folder and delete the application folders for the stacks. The best way to get to the Applications folder is to go to the root folder on your device and select the shortcut named 'Applications'. Then the Stack applications will be named 'Stack1.app', 'Stack2.app' and so on.

edit: nevermind I figured out how to do it. Should have tried before I ask.
So how exactly can you skin the stack icon and not have the icons that are actually located in the stack appear on the main icon.Last edited by MWillis561; 10-28-2009 at 03:32 PM.
