After i installed supreme preferences, i have a weird glitch which involves the rearrangement of icons to lag. Anyone know or anyone else experience this?

Hence the description of Supreme Preferences 2.2 Supreme Preferences Mod. 3.0 has a brand new plist which won't be compatible with a 2.2 supreme preference mod. Wait for the 3.0 release I am sure Mario or someone else is working on it.
