I dont have a dot mac account so that would be cool..... anyone? anyone?

Flickr has nothing to do with Mac. It's a photo hosting site. flickr.com

edit: sorry I read the question again. I don't know what the web gallery is... I do have flickr though, so I'd be happy to answer any questions about that

With a dot MAC account you can upload photos to a "web Gallery" lick Flicker or Photobucket directly from your iPhone, with basicly just a touch of a button. I was wondering if one of these little apps was similar. As I dont have a dot MAC but would like that feature.
