Pirate
Turn whoever is in front of your camera into a Pirate (although some people don't need the help).Â* Once you're done it opens up your email with the pic attached so you can share with your friends.
Available via Installer or <a href="http://iphone.natetrue.com/OtherErica/" target="_blank">their site</a>.

I thought this was gonna be a feature request, but after trying it, I realized it's already there!
I always tried to line everything up then take the pic (stop).
But you get the person in view, click stop then move the stuff around.
Oops!

Send me your pics. I'll add 'em to the TUAW gallery (assuming they're family friendly and of people)

We need an add-on pack for this on Installer that has male and female hairstyles, hats, other mustaches and beards, glasses, etc...

Can someone with Photoshop skills take this picture and make the background around the eyebrows, mustache, and beard opacity zero. I can't get rid of all the white...this would look awesome on there.

Thanks man. Here it is. I've noticed they have size settings for each .png because if you put it in folder as Mustache.png then its super small so you need to put it in the folder as hat2.png which is bigger in size. Still not perfect but you get the idea.
