Haha, yeah.
I played with it a little.

(Delete the parrot and hat if you don't want it, I included them for backups)

(I used a 1x1 transparent pixel for the parrot and moustache so the program wouldn't crash.)

Yeah, no white is best. Those are trimmed better than the original pirate hat and bird

SUGGESTIONS FROM ME
-pinch and un-pinch resizing of objects
-when you have 2 fingures on the object it can rotate the object to make it fit on the person correctly
-find a way so it dosent take a screen shot of the phone and just the picture
-change name to characters, and make other props which u can change when u click like settings.. or a list you can pick what props the use or not ?

does any` know if the images are stored on the phone and if so where? here is a new hat i made but when you put it in the app it`s not as long as the icon but still looks good. just remove the 1 and upload to pirate.app
