iPhone 3G Tips and Tricks

So I am trying to find some good tips and tricks that you are all using? maybe some app hacks. or better usability? Also can somethings in the iphone 1st gen work with 3g?

I want to test the tethering and some cool tricks just do not want jump ahead of the gun and mess everything up.

So this thread shoul dbe all post about tips and tricks users find and tested etc.

OK, so after upgrading to 3.0, hclipboard (IkeyEx Keyboard) doesn't work any more, so no more access to dozens of stored stuff you can paste anywhere . . .

But here's a trick: let's say you type something you know you will need again.

1 select it, copy it

2 paste it in SBSettings Fast Notes (of course you have to got to "More" and set the toggle on first)

3 next time you need it, swipe your finger on the top of your screen to get to SBSettings, copy it , close SBSettings and paste it where you want it!

4 repeat 1 & 2 and put it in a different line in Fast Notes, and that's it, you have many clipboards now, available almost anywhere!

Advice: leave a few lines blank on top in Fast Notes, otherwise the Select/Select All/Paste button appears too high on the screen
