Just to let you know I have released my port of the Kenta Cho shootemup Noiz2sa. Should be available on the latest community sources now that the touchrepo is part of that.

I LOVE YOU MAN!

I've been "TRYING" to play Vulkanon and Bullet GBA on GPSphone, but your App totally solves that problem

For all that aren't familiar with this type of game, it's genre is called "Bullet Hell" in that the point of the game is to rack up points and traverse a playfield full of bullets. The farther your progress, the more congested the playfield gets with bullets, to the point where you are negotiating a moving maze. Its very addictive to say the least.

If you're wondering how you're supposed to get through some of these mazes, just keep in mind that the center point of your ship is the actual collision point, aka the redish box.

Lastly, is it just me, or does this game not have sound yet?

Could you possibly use the soundtrack available in the zip file on this site?

This is one of the best games for the iPhone so far

It reminds me of this gmae on my old palm treo called Zap

thanks everyone. Although obviously Kenta Cho gets the main credit for writing it, I did put a lot of effort into porting it

Great game, love the simplicity of the graphics...

Just noticed one bug though. On my ZiPhoned(v2.5) 1.1.4, everytime I launch the game, it asks for my name (although it says that it only will ask for it once). However, when entered the name is not "sticking" as when I submit my score, it says "(null)" in place of where the name usually goes. Anyone else experiencing this?

You need to change the owner of the directory /Applications/NOIZ2SA.app to 'mobile'

To do this in a terminal:

chown mobile /Applications/NOIZ2SA.app

thanks for your quick response. I tried what you advised but i get this message..

chmod: Invalid file mode: mobile

I have NOT moved my apps with BossTool, only my fonts (not sure it that matters).

chmod 777 /Applications/NOIZ2SA.app

for the same affect.
