I'm not at home so I can't try it out. The youtube video demo is pretty cool though.

apparently this has been around for some time, and the developer gave up on it.

Telekinesis is only for MAC right?

Unfortunately, my Media PC is XP for now. Any Windows solution for streaming video?

I use TVersity. I also tried Orb but I think TVersity is better for video.
