Can you explain what you mean by 'on the road'? I am still looking for something that lets me retrieve files from my phone even if I don't have it with me (ie. I left it at work).

I agree. Dun even bother to buy it. I did when it came out hoping that I can get a piece a great software. The darn thing can't even work and emailing the developers is a waste of time - no reply from them.

So save your cash and spend it on iFile. I bought that at the end and it works from day 1.

Default If you are using Vista do this
Make sure you have set the password for mobile user in RIVE/Settings.

Go to controlpanel/administrative tools/local security policy

in local security poslicy open security options/Network Security:LAN Manager Security Level set this to Send LM and NTLM responses.

now type gpupdate.exe Windows\Run command prompt, thats it

Access through windows explorer address bar

    \\type iphone ip\

    Bingo you have done it.

I still can't get it to work. Try all combo of password and still doesn't log me in. Vista home prem doesn't have that settings as mentioned above. But I don't have that issue as I am prompt a log in screen but I can't log in.

So, the default login info is this?

    username: root
    pass: root

    or

    username: mobile
    pass: mobile

I came here in a google search to try to find help with this useless program. I see the dev(s) provide crap all support. Don't waste your time / cash on this thing.
