I have had probably like 3-5 updates in the past few days, and have yet to really notice any changes, each update just mentioned bug fixes, and a change in the version number, and really have had no change in usage at all. So I dunno what bugs were there because I have never had any problems, but plz add a new feature for Gods sake, 50 updates and they are all bug fixes are just crazy.. LOL!

Yeah thats the one i have been using to get this version, sorry i didnt list it,
haha yeah true, they were throwing the updates out alot hey, n each one were the buxfixes but there were a few bugs ill tell ya that haha. It will be good to get some extra features, and little things need to be changed like when typing in landscape the compose screen needs to be smaller, so you can scroll up and down through the convo!
What other features would you's like to see in future updates?

Does anyone have an issue with Quickbirthday?
When I try to load it, it brings me to the retrieve license popup. I retrieve it, but when I try to launch it, it does the same thing.

Thats dumb. Why make you download a bundled software if you dont have to buy it. I can see make you try it, but when you decide not to keep it, you should be able to get rid of it. It's just junking up my memory.
Now that I know, I wish I could just keep quick sms. Oh well.

yeah i know hey, quickbirthday is a waste for those that dont want it. I wish you couyld manually get rid of it but im not sure if you can. I just dont have it active, hopefully they give you the option in the future

Another update, current beta version is now 1.5.6
post your thoughts!
1.5.7-1 is now out, i have been told it is improved a lot, i read that there is now a "QuickChat" feature, yet i have no info on exactly what that is. Some people have reported that it is really laggy and slow after an install, to fix this you just need to reboot your iPhone.Last edited by lach; 04-16-2009 at 08:18 AM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost

quick chat seems to be like an instant messaging system... im gonna guess that its only for Quick SMS to Quick SMS users and not anyone else, like the font and colors...sorta useless imo.. but we'll see.
as far as stability... i have no idea. i crashed tons of times last night, i was getting pissed.. since the update.. dunno

yeah i thought that, it would be interesting to see what instant messaging services it is compatible with though, yeah but it would still be handy, even if it is just iPhone to iPhone!
Did you reboot your phone? I have been using it since i posted there was an update, and i have had no problem what so ever. To fix it just reboot it and it should stop the crashing etc.

Thanks for that, hoping they make windows live compatible with it. Is the QuickChat feature buggy/stable?

quickchat seems to have awesome potential...very low RAM usage, very low battery effect, works perfectly on background
needs alot of improvements of course, but its only in alpha
