[Release] GuitarChords app
Here's a great little guitar chord dictionary, that just got released.
Note: I'm just announcing this, I'm not the author.
From the author:
Sorry folks, no idea why the thumbnail won't display properly, so here's a downloadable version. This is the conversion of the modguitars.com web application in native ipod/iphone appl.
Hope works for all of you.
Comments and suggestions are welcome.

REALLY nice app. Get this the Funiculus guitar tuner and you're set if you play guitar. I can see this being pretty handy if I ever need a to find a chord. It's also really quick with a nice interface.

Any chance of adding a preference to display the Chords the opposite direction for Left Handed players? That would make this application perfect for me, as well as a few others I'm sure.

It's definitely there, but if you want a direct download, here's the link. The author is going to post an updated version with more chord types soon.

It would be cool if this could be expanded over time to eventually have things like multiple chord voicings, scales, modes etc...

What would *really* be cool is if this app had a 'play' button that will strum the chord out. So you have visual & audio feedback of how to play the chord.
Thanks for this app!

I've been using this widget for a few months and would love if something like it were available on my phone.

Anyone with OS X should definitely check it out. You can scroll up and down the neck and see a lot of different voicings for whatever chord you look up, and then click the play button at the bottom to hear each chord strummed once, arpeggioed, and strum again.
