removing icons

i downloaded a pakage that installed all this icons on my screen,but since i dont have the app,it gets stuck and i have to turn my phone off,how could i remove the icons thereare like 40 of them and i tried with ibrickr and nothing,i need help since my screen its getting me dizzy,since is so busy and crowded

You need to remove those apps manually with Terminal or Finder.

In the future use a more reliable icon swapping method... like ... oh I don't know iSwitcher
