Cydia AppStore icon...

my first public release

this basically replaces ur cydia's icon, to make it look like thee appstore coming out in june..
i tried to do this with installer, but it's impossible...i tried everything!
it just gives u a spinning circle... so i did cydia...
hope u like it!

ask from where to get

hold on, dd u install it yet?

it seems that there is SOMETHING quite not right, something weird...
it replaces the icon ok, but if the icon id on the sspringboard, the springboard cannot load... therefore plz do not install before i have sorted this out... :S

it worked for me cause i had it in categories... then i moved it to the springboard and it gave a circle... hmm

can anybody please post the original cydia icon?

are you just trying to change the icon? Just rename the appstore icon "icon.png" and put in the /Applications/Cydia.app or /Applications/Installer.app

Its totally possible with Installer, I'm doing this on my repo to swap out the iZoo icon with a Bejeweled one, as well as swapping out the NES icon for one I made.

You need to use the Exec command for this, so its best to put a check if the binkit is installed before you attempt to execute anything.
