SBS Autolock NEW Release

I've just noticed a new release for the SBSettings add on Autolock.

Note: This is NOT an update from the previous one it is brand new in Cydia.

I'm trying now.

Edit: It seems to work, but after you turn the toggle back off instead of going to my default 5 minute setting it set it to 1 minute. Hope this is fixed in an update.

Also, I relized it's a good idea to uninstall the previous version if you haven't already.

why isnt mine working! grr.

for those its working for.. do you still have bossprefs installed and with the autolock toggle for bossprefs?

edit - i removed BossPrefs autolock, and its still not working. It will toggle the icon in SBsettings if i change it from the settings menu, but it wont change the settings menu if i toggle the icon in SBsettings.

I'm having a BIG issue. I've installed it, used it once and now I cannot get the iphone to unlock. I have installed tap to unlock, and whenever I hit it goes right back to being locked.

Update: I found a way around it. I had to call my phone and keep hit anwser until it did. Than I was able to set it back. I'm removing that little toggle.

No problems with this new toggle on my end...works perfectly, it even correctly shows the toggle state, as in, if Autolock is actually on, then you leave this "on," and vice-versa...awesome.

still not working for me, even after a remove/re-install.

its weird tho.. if i toggle the autolock in the normal settings menu, it will change the SBsettings icon back and forth..

but if i use the SBsettings icon it wont change (or work) in the normal settings menu unless i do a respring after each change

There might be two different Autolock toggles on Cydia, the first one released has the same problem that you are describing...make sure you download and install the newer one, it says "Working Autolock toggle." I can assure you, as well as what others are saying in this thread, that the newer one works flawlessly.

Working flawlessly. It removes autolock, when switched again it goes back to my previously set timing for auto-lock (2 minutes), just the way it should be. I doubt this is relevant and/or is going to help those guys with problems, but at any rate I don't have the autolock toggle in BossPrefs.

When I turn the toggle back on (to activate AutoLock), it goes back to my two-minute timeout setting with no problem. This version finally works for me.
