Hey guys.. as mentioned in my post just above yours, there's a support forum and there's said to be an update coming within a week, last I read.

It's been mentioned that a landscape mode is in the works. I'm hoping it's in this update as well..

The update coming for QuickSMS won't have the landscape mode. I talked with Pavel about it, and he said it's complicated to get a landscape keyboard on the springboard, but it WILL come. Just not in this update.

Hadn't thought about that.. good information, thx.
Also, in one of pavel's posts I found a link to his beta repo. Not sure if this is a newer version or not, I will try it out and check, but maybe worth a look.

Yes, that is the source that the QuickSMS update is going to be released to at first. I would definitely add it.

Quicksms update is in Cydia now. Adds some nice features as far as hot keys....ie, instead of volume to load app, now you can double tap on status bar. Makes it easier to use if you are always using the volume button for VOLUME control. Not sure what ZCOMINGSOON is all about and isoftcom.com doesn't explain it either. Anyway, nice update, no crashes so far, but still no landscape mode

Well Apple's 3.0 announcement certainly implies landscape keyboard for texting so I wouldn't worry

i use homescreen 2.0 (intelliscreen free alt) and i'd like to see something like this.

you know, like instead of just saying 1 New Text Message.

if you turn sms preview with iblacklist off, does anyone else notice that the phone will vibrate, but at the status bar, there is no notification?

I see that there's this :

So does it mean that earlier users on trial whose license had already expired will get another 14 days to try out??

QuickLockscreen/SMS: I have it set to unlock with a double tap of the home button when on the lockscreen. It gets me to the homescreen, but it's essentially frozen. Anyone else have this issue?

yeah, its the same if you use the volume keys to unlock. you have to press any key a third time to unfreeze it.

now i'm experiencing random resprings regardless of what app i'm using... this happened immediately after installing this new update. no other installations have been made.
