MobileChat V2.23! Apollo IM is down and out!

I have no issues with the mobilechat other then that it doesnt save the buddies list forever.and must push the space bar sometimes twice.
no barrety issue as long as the wifi-keep-alive switch in the settings is off.

I think Mobilechat is an awesome application, but the only issue is the stability of this software.

Chat too much, and poof, back to springboard!

The older versions of mobilechat was even worst though, and would on occasion freeze the iphone, which required a forced reset on the device to remedy. Also older versions, seems to not load up entire buddy lists, this latest ones does.

great app. This app is better then Apollo. Apollo won't be updating since the developer is working with apple. Especially when mobichat works with insomania.

hi all, i just got my iphone loaded with bunch of cool stuff. But some how my IM CHAT doesn't work. I inputed my screenname and password, and it keep asking me to wait. How long is the wait. I have been waiting for 1 hour. Am i doing something incorrectly?

my mobile chat crashes a lot during IMs. Just not there yet.

installed the latest version of MobileChat (2.23). Initially it kept saying "connecting" when i tried using it with msn messenger. then i tried changing the server setting to "HTTP Method ON" and it connected fine. loaded all my contacts and everything. The problem i'm having now is that whenever i send a message to one of my contacts, a window pops up saying "message could not be sent because a connection error occurred".

any help would be much appreciated.

How do i add contacts in mobilechat or apollo? i've searched all through the program but found nothing. and is it possible to connect with mobilechat to more than one im per session?

what error r u getting? one for not finding host? if so clear the que and refresh sources, if that dosent work rinse and repeat then reboot iPhone before trying to grab the pack

dont forget to add the source so you can get the newest version of MC.

i agree, that would be nice, to flick to the left or right and get to another chat window, maybe one with a new IM.

Nvm, I just ssh'd into my ipod and went into var/mobile/installer/ and found the file that didnt get installed and copied it to my computer. added .Zip to the file name and unzipped it.

For some reason, when I try to download this in installer, it says "package download has failed."

Try deleting something or moving your ringtones or fonts. You probably don't have any space left for applications and other system files.
