    Default Flashlight 2.2
    Hello,
I just upgraded the flashlight app from 2.2 to 2.3.
I don't like the new strobe feature and want to go back to 2.2.
does anyone have the 2.2 files available?
    I'd appreciate it.

I just wish they'd bring back the feature where you could slide your finger across the screen and adjust the brightness.

    That'd be nice.
I don't ever find myself in need of a strobe light, I don't know why he felt the need to add it.
I wish there was a simple way to reinstall version 2.2.

It's still included. Slide your finger up and down the screen tho.

Well, I solved my own problem:
I went to bigboss's site, to the flashlight page.
At the top there is a link to the current .deb file.
I simply changed the url to the 2.2 version, and it was there for me to download.
I SSH'd the file onto my phone, and installed it with the 'dpkg -i' command in terminal.
    Voila!
I guess there IS a simple way to downgrade.

Incidentally, there is no brightness adjustment feature on either 2.2, or 2.3.
I don't really need that either, so no big deal.
    simple = good.
