iSaber
iSaber makes light saber noises when you move your iPhone around. I'm sure future versions will have some nifty graphics, but right now its just showing the accelerometer output...
Available via Installer.

iSaber makes one lightsaber sound when I open the app, then there's no more sounds.

Napoleon: You have to shake it around. If that doesn't work, try rebooting the iphone, starting iSaber, and raising the volume.

It's in the AppStore, free, assuming that you are on v2.0 firmware.
