Intelliscreen Alerts??

Hey guys

i am new to intelliscreen. I have set alerts for sms -a special sound. So far all good, but

1. Alert comes about 60 sec after the normal one
2. I open the sms in sms app, read it, press the blue alert sign in statusbar -but the alarm(of alert) continues. How do I turn it off?

The alert your setting is actually a reminder tone in case you miss the text message. Its not taking the place of the normal notification. If you open IS, and goto IntelliAlerts, your 'Remind Frequency' is probably one minute, so its playing the reminder after a minute.

Normally you need to swipe on the home screen where you see the yellow/orange alert message and that will stop the alert from repeating itself. Also, in the Intellialerts section you can set a maximum time the alerts will repeat.

yeah I saw that -I read the sms and y swiped the statusbar, but music kept on going (:-(( kind of emberassing

Frequenzy is actually 2 minutes and duration I have set to 5
