So I’m having what I hope is a small problem.
I’ve just used ZiPhone to unlock my phone. Loved it. So easy to use and quick.

My iPhone was one of those 1.1.2 OTB and I had to wait forever for a solution to unlock it. I ended up with a stealthsim but once ZiPhone came out I figured it would be best to re-unlock jailbreak all that.

Now that it’s unlocked and the sim restrictions are gone it works great until I try and use the installer. Some apps work but others give me “Package download failed!:” is this because I’m on 1.1.4 and most of the apps aren’t set up for the new firmware or is this part of a bigger problem?

I would love any help on this. Thanks.

Try this:

Install the community source (version 3.6) in Source, then try to download again. Hope this fix!

So I open installer to try your suggestion and all of a sudden it tells me there’s an upgrade so I did that first and now everything works fine.

Hey I just got my 16gb iphone and wanted some help all I have is the emergency screen and I want to unlock it to listen to songs and use my t-mobile carrier any suggestions?

check out ziphone, it will activate jailbreak and unlock that phone for you
