ahhhh, now I get it.
You have to have a folder inside DockSwap folder not just an image then..
I only dowloaded DockSwap-0.01.zip. cause I have my own dock and the original DockSwap folder was empty... well It's working now.

DockSwap

pf edit: threads merged. edit.

DockSwap allows you to change the dock image on your iPhone, FROM your iPhone. The app pulls images from /private/var/root/Library/DockSwap/ and then separate folder per category. So if you want them separated by Movies, Landscapes, etc, you would set up those folders within the DockSwap directory, and put dock images in each respective folder.

Dock images can be named whatever you'd like, DockSwap will automatically rename them and apply them as you set them. They should be interlaced .png files. And yes, it DOES play nice with SummerBoard!

Available via Installer.app or their site.

I installed this app and switched my dock image, but I would like to get rid of it now, but I can't!!! Uninstalling the app does nothing, neither does rebooting the system. Any help?

Fellas, any help? Does anyone know how to get rid of the dock picture?

Well I did reinstall it, but what I'm trying to do is delete the dock picture. When I installed summerboard, my entire background, including the dock, changed to the wallpaper i chose under settings. Now the bottom of my wallpaper is cropped out for the dock picture installed through this app. Is it possible to make the dock picture "invisible" again? I've unistalled/reinstalled several times to no avail. I was hoping to find a solution that wouldn't require me to restore my iphone, as I've already installed several apps.

As a second thought, if I do restore my phone, would I have to "jailbreak" it again to reinstall these apps? I really appreciate any help here guys.
