    Default Auto Reflective Dock?

What's the name of the app that creates the reflection of the icons?

Don't think there's an app that does this. You have to create a reflective dock yourself with an image editor.

If you're using Winterboard, take a look at MacThemes Forum / [WIDGET] Enhanced Reflective Dock Widget - UPDATE 12/23/08. It's an enhancement I created on top of Sakurina's Javascript-based reflective dock.
