So if i have the unlimited data plan on a legit AT&T iPhone contract i still need to get a multimedia messaging package from AT&T? Do i just call them up and add it or what? And how much will that cost me?

ssh into your phone & try this:

cd /Applications
chmod +s SwirlyMMS.app/SwirlyMMS
chown -R root:wheel SwirlyMMS.app/SwirlyMMS



Maybe you are just going over the app limit for 113 & 114?

The chmod command changes permissions. The chown command changes who the app is owned/ran by. In this case you are changing so that the app is ran as root, group wheel.

When ran as root, the app has more priviliges which I believe it needs to run correctly.

does anyone know why the pictures that are coming through are really small? i can barely see the picture. i set the setting to maximum. its kinda annoying but at least it works.

I am with rogers. I used 3 different phones on 2 networks to send me mms. I recieved all of them. They were proper size and very clear. Great update.

get mobilefinder and mobilepreview on installer, shows the actual size of pic, works great

Everyone I send an MMS to, gets the message "The contents of this message could not be received."

it just keeps crashing and going back to the springboard. It was working at first, working as in it let me do the settings but after that it just keeps crashing. im on tmobile 1.14 firmware phone.

i have an update for swirlymms from swirlyspace on the installer. its version 0.3.2 and when i try to update it says package download failed. there are some other updates on there as well that give me the same error when i try to install the update. anyone know how to fix this? plz help

I've got the same question. It work perfectly when I had a media package, but since I had to change to an iphone package the messages are unable to be sent.

For me, I called and added the unlimited text family plan. That seemed to work for me. =)
