Iphone app settings wont stay changed???

Helo every one...Im new here...I need some help..My summerboard and vwallpaper setting wont stay changed...I turn off theme in summerboard,and it still says on...when I go back to check it...same with vwallpapper(on setting wont stay on once spring resets...Thx for the help I would really appreciate it...oh yeah sorry I posted this in the wrong place,didnt no where to post it

ok vwallpapper works now...but still cant turn off/on anything with summerboard...it always goes back to default...this really blows
